more waiting
How about another "yay" for being through planning? YAY! Okay, new time frame. So We are currently waiting for our three, mighty engineers to determine the feasibility of our vision. The reports will take around 5-6 weeks and then we will submit the reports and our major site plan back to the city for the OK from building and safety. Their review period should be around 2-3 months... but I won't hold my breath. So, where does that put us? Let's see. Best case scenario is mid February to break ground. Worst case is late March... or later I guess if we need to make changes to the site plan or the city is still backed up. Maybe, just maybe, we will be able to have Christmas in our newly remodeled home in 2018... that's a big maybe though.
