LME? Check.

Good news today. We cleared our landslide moratorium exemption. Who hoo. First major milestone in the whole process. We are officially at step 0.

So... what now? Well...

We're still not out of planning (UGHHHHH). We have to resubmit a major site plan to the city in order to get planning's approval. I'm hoping that they don't have us make major changes. 

Once we clear planning, it's on to building and safety. This is the fun part where we spend even more money hiring engineers and experts to break our hearts and tell us the things that we have to further change. 

But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's see what happens with planning first.
