Okay, okay. This one is actually a house. Meet Ginger Root. It's located in the same community as Cinnamon. With a smaller lot (.6 vs. Cinnamon's 1.19), this is a 3 bed/2bath 1500 square foot home. The husband and I popped over for an open house the other weekend and liked what we saw. The home has been babied for the last 55 years--it's in really nice condition and it has a huge backyard complete with a pipe corral with water and electric for future equines. It does need work though. Current add-on laws limit any additions to 1500 square feet and I think it's safe to say we would use all of that: new master suite, new kitchen, new laundry room, new bathroom(s), probably a new garage, clearing out/grading the backyard... it's a big project for sure. The good news is that this home has been in the same ancient slide area as Cinnamon and hasn't gone anywhere--no cracks, buckling, signs of distress to be found. Even more good news: they recently dropped the price $50k. If we would have had our house sold already I'm thinking we would have made an offer by now, but we just have to cross our fingers and hope that it hangs around for a bit longer.
