potential property #1

You remember that "list of demands" we all had? Well, this place has none of them... yet. Say hello to Cinnamon.
Tom and I standing about 3/4 up the lot and admiring the 180-degree ocean view. We were probably saying something like "Are we crazy enough to do this?"
It's located in a beautiful, gated, and quiet community close to the ocean. I believe the word that best describes it is bucolic... go ahead, look it up. This plot of land is at the end of a cul de sac that is lined with pepper trees and couldn't be more idyllic for someone like me who can literally see Georgie Sue learning to ride a bike (or a horse) up and down the road. And, yes, it is zoned for horses. 1.19 acres of dirt could be ours for the low, low price of $849,000. Sounds great, right? OF COURSE there's a catch. I mean, aside from the fact that we would have to BUILD AN ENTIRE HOUSE, little ol' Cinnamon is located smack dab in the middle of an ancient (dormant?) land slide area. You know, no biggie.
